COVID-19: Business Continuity and Shipping Impact Information

POPA is committed to ensuring the safety of our distribution teams as well as providing continued support to our online customers. We understand this is a difficult time for everyone and we're working hard to adapt to this "new normal". Below are a few details on how we are supporting customers and handling shipments at this time. 


Business Continuity

We expect no interruptions to online operations. Customer service communications will also continue to be available as normal. 

Shipping Impact

Our distribution partner is operating at basic capacity and is practicing extra safety measures. To accommodate orders, we will be taking advantage of 5 US-based backup facilities. These facilities are also practicing thorough safety protocols. Due to these changes, please expect a delay in production times. Below are the fulfillment estimates based on item style. 

1. Embroidered items: 10 - 13 business days

2. Standard/printed clothing: 14 - 17 business days

3. Accessories (Non-embroidered): 4 - 7 business days

4. POPA Atelier (Custom Orders): Standard Shipping (varies)
